First arrival at chiang khong every tourist rush hours to cross border to houayxai. just paid for tuk tuk pick from hotel to border immigration check point, bus cross border cost 20thai bath. arrival houayxai 7:am still early. I have book slow boat ticket online with Luangsay cruise. I show my booking to tuk tuk driver, he known just put me on tuk tuk to landing port. I feel hungry but lucky I have to prepare my sandwich on my bag that feel better for my breakfast. 6 hours ride slow boat. Wow on the way to pak beng that worth Amazing experience nature, landscape arrival pakbeng. I have book guesthouse landing port close to my accommodation just get my bag few minute walk to guesthouse.
Next morning slow boat to Luang prabang
This morning I have to self explore visit local morning market start early 5am. after my breakfast. 8am get on boat ready to departure to Luang prabang take 6 hours. arrival Luang prabang port tuk tuk cost to my hotel cost: 50.000 kip.
Thing to do and see around Luang prabang

First day, i went to visit kuang si waterfall with share minivan. The water was so cold, even though we were wearing t-shirts but it still felt so cold. Evening visited phousi top thing to do sunset and sun rise. which is a small town with beautiful scenery and also night market.
Second day, I decide explore by foot and rent a bike self explore
Here are some tips on how to visit Luang Prabang by foot and bicycle:
1) You can go up Phou Si and enjoy the view from there
2) You can also visit Wat Xieng Thong temple (one of the most important temples in Laos)
3) You can walk around town and see all of its beautiful temples
In the evening, we went for dinner at a local restaurant called “khaen khong” where they served delicious food like sticky rice with pork and fried chicken wings with ice cream on top of them! It tasted so good!
Travel guide to Plain of jars. Morning share minivan leaving 8:30am at naluang station, this trip take over 7 hours to phonsavan. driver must very experience of northern part of Laos, road curve steep. on high season is better to travel on rain season heavy rain most of land slide. but worth for trip fantastic view arrival phoukhoun van stop for lunch time. visit local market arrival phonavan 4pm. there tuk tuk you can get to city center cost: $2
What’s to do and see in phonsavan?
Most traveler dream to visit phonsavan was Plain of jars. there 3 site have been to visit by arrange tour or can rent a bike slf explore. site 1, 9km from city. site 2, 27km from city, site 3, 30km from city, thing you should’t miss it Ban na phia spoon making village. family making lot of spoon from scrap metel melt to spoon shape and bracelet.

There morning and night VIP bus and share minivan leaving from phonsavan to Vang vieng, Vientiane, Luang prabang. you can booking your ticket online. or you can buy your ticket at bus station. need more comfortable i recommend you book advance this will make sure you will get ticket and including pick up from hotel to station.
